Prosperity Community Development Council "PCDC" is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Prichard Alabama, whose primary focus is to serve as a conduit in the efforts to promote community and economic development in the City of Prichard, Alabama (Mobile County community-at-large), by fostering partnerships and solutions to problems related to human wellness, education, nutrition, family stability and other issues.
